Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using OpenWrt Manager (the "App"), you agree to these Terms and the applicable platform terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. App Purpose and License

The App is a tool for monitoring and managing OpenWrt routers that you own or are authorized to administer. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable App Store rules.

3. Authorized and Safe Use

• You must only connect to and manage routers and networks that you own or have permission to administer.
• You are responsible for protecting router credentials, using secure connections, and reviewing configuration changes before applying them.
• You must not use the App to gain unauthorized access, disrupt networks, violate law, or infringe the rights of others.
• Router configuration changes can interrupt connectivity or affect other devices. You are responsible for maintaining backups and a recovery method before making changes.

4. Premium Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a non-consumable lifetime purchase. Available products, prices, currencies, trial periods, and included features are displayed in the App before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when the purchase is confirmed.
• An auto-renewing subscription renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• A lifetime purchase provides access to the purchased premium entitlement for as long as the App and that entitlement remain available. It does not guarantee perpetual operation of third-party services, operating systems, router firmware, or App Store infrastructure.

5. Purchase Restoration and Refunds

You can use the Restore Purchases function to restore eligible purchases associated with your Apple ID. Purchases and refund requests are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment and refund policies. We cannot directly issue App Store refunds.

6. Legacy Paid Users

We may provide premium access to eligible users who originally acquired a qualifying paid version of the App. Eligibility is determined from a valid App Store receipt or other purchase information supplied by Apple. This access is tied to the applicable Apple ID and receipt validation.

7. Third-Party Services

The App relies on services and software provided by third parties, including Apple, Cloudflare, and OpenWrt components. Their own terms and policies may apply. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, compatibility changes, or discontinued services.

8. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that data will be handled as described there and by the relevant platform providers.

9. Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App to address security, compatibility, legal, or operational requirements. We do not guarantee compatibility with every OpenWrt version, router model, package set, network configuration, or future operating system release.

10. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with a particular router. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the App, including network downtime, lost configuration, lost data, or loss of access. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the App, subscriptions, or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
